Choose your next step
Schedule a tour or apply securely. Tours are optional, by appointment and confirmed by both parties; you may apply without touring.
Resolve questions together
Ask us about anything unclear before paying. We collect outstanding preliminary questions together and reuse information you have already supplied to help determine the appropriate next step.
Apply securely in RentRedi
Each proposed occupant age 18 or older completes the required RentRedi application and screening process.
Complete review
An applicant group is complete only when all required adult applications and documentation have been received. Priority follows the first complete household that meets the published criteria, not the first inquiry or tour. Approval alone does not reserve the home; the written reservation terms explain the next step.
